Steve schmidt

Steve Schmidt has been a dedicated leader and advocate for Link Associates for more than two decades. His service began in 2004 when he joined the Link Associates Board of Directors, where he quickly became an active member of the Executive Committee, serving from 2007 through 2020. During that time, he also served as Board President from 2009 to 2011, helping guide the organization through a period of continued growth and innovation.

Steve’s commitment to the mission of Link Associates continued with his appointment to the Link Associates Foundation Board in 2013. He previously served as Foundation Board President from 2014 to 2016 and now returns to that leadership role, bringing with him years of experience, strategic vision, and an unwavering dedication to the individuals and families we serve.

Under Steve’s leadership, the Foundation remains focused on strengthening Link Associates through philanthropic support, ensuring resources are available to expand opportunities, enhance programs, and improve the quality of life for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. His longstanding service reflects a deep belief in Link’s mission and a commitment to building a stronger future for the organization and the community it serves.
